“We love living at Alexander Pointe! Our apartment is so beautiful and we love the layout. One of my favorite features is having vaulted ceilings since we’re on the second floor; it opens up our space so much. The private entrances are a huge plus too. I was particularly impressed by the quick response time of maintenance; they have always responded within 24 hours to our requests. I’d also like to highlight Sam, the property manager. We had an issue with another resident letting their off-leash dog run up to our dogs. We contacted Sam, who brought each party into his office individually to get both sides of the story. I felt he handled the situation very professionally and we haven’t had any issues since. We had originally planned on living in an apartment for a year or two before buying a house. However, we love where we live so much, we decided we’re in no rush to buy a house and will probably be here for a few years.”

“Not only my painter but also my landlord. Any time I have any issues with the house all I have to do is text or call. I had an AC issue and roofing issues. I called him and the next day by noon on both occasions he had someone there to fix the issue. I also lost my job and lost 2/3 of my salary and Matt was very patient he adjusted my due dates and assist in every way possible. Any time painting or anything else needs to be complete he is right on time. Cant wait for my new paint to hit the walls later this summer.”

“We are on our second house and any time we need a repair or service we call Gruter. They have always been prompt and any repairs were done quickly and efficiently. Gruter has never thrown parts at any problems or recommended repairs or replacements that were not needed. Their prices are always fair and they have several times gone above and beyond to provide fantastic service. In one case we had a bad gas valve which required a trip to downtown Cincinnati and back. They made that trip and within a few hours our heater was back up and running. When we were considering a full AC and gas furnace replacement we requested bids from several companies. Gruter had the best prices and better equipment than a few big players in the area. Chris also worked to give me information and pricing on a geothermal system that was priced very similarly to the standard HVAC system. Gruter has always provided us great service and prices and we consistently recommend them to our friends and neighbors. You will not be disappointed using Gruter”
