(July 2, 2019, 6:56 pm)Great place if you are ready to work hard and get results. I would highly recommend the 6 week program, it takes the guess work out of improving your overall fitness and weight loss. The trainers are knowledgeable and patient and want to help you achieve your goals.
(May 29, 2019, 8:51 am)Love this gym and the people here. I've been a member for 7 years. I keep coming back for the great variety of workouts, experienced trainers, and fun atmosphere. I love seeing all ages and abilities of people training and have seen so many amazing transformations over the years. It's contagious!
