(January 15, 2020, 6:14 am)I joined a year ago. Love this place. I have tried, Burn Boot, Orange Theory, the YMCA (that is almost impossible to get the class you want). RFG is by far the best group fitness facility.

The equipment and work outs are first class, but the culture and community are what make it so special! The support and encouragement you receive in your groups provide the drive for you to reach your goals. No matter your age or fitness level you will succeed in this environment! The instructors are the best and the value is unbelievable! I would highly recommend you check it out!
