Dr. Schirmer extracted one of my molars and prepared the site for a dental implant. He and his staff were wonderful. His staff is very pleasant and attentive, and Dr Schirmer met with me before the procedure to thoroughly explain all the steps. He ensured the extraction was painless, and I have had literally zero pain and swelling following the procedure. His staff sent me home with detailed aftercare instructions, and Dr Schirmer even provided his personal cell phone number if I have questions after hours. I look forward to seeing Dr Schirmer and his staff for my final dental implant procedure in a few months.

I read the negative reviews regarding the practice's billing process, but my experience was very fair and straightforward. A staff member took the time to check with my insurance provider to determine exactly what my part of the procedure cost would be and simply asked that it be paid either before the procedure (as a contactless Covid safeguard) or upon checking out the day of my appointment. Also, the waived $25 credit or balance that is addressed in one of the reviews is clearly outlined in the patient registration form and is an option totally up to the patient.
