Fixing your car after even a minor accident can be very overwhelming. FixAuto in Niagara-on-the-Lake turned it into a real pleasure. Professional and friendly communication, great quality of work and real care of the customers’ needs. I want to say thank you to the great team working there and to the Manager CJ, who is phenomenal. He was prompt and professional and provided outstanding customer service. Totally overcame my expectations! Highly recommended!

I am so bad with names but wanted to thank this young man at FiX who helped me with a little scrape on my car bumper. He used a buffer cloth n magically the mark went away. The manager at this location, CJ is awesome. They had to fix the front bumper of my car and where delayed in parts from the manufacture. But CJ ensure in getting my car to me as soon as possible and worked well past closing so I would get my car. They did a great job fixing my car, it looks so great! As well he ensure that if there was anything wrong he would ensured he would take care of it...which he has! FixAuto is luck to have him managing this location for sure

Great place. Workmanship is great and CJ, the manager is fantastic. He is knowledgeable and has phenomenal customer service skills. I highly recommend this location for all your autobody repairs.
