Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I didn't understand a charge and they refunded it. Not all companies do that but they realized I was confused about the bill, and agreed to take care of it. Also, another time, they were nice enough to give me a lift home when I had no other way. They went above and beyond; excellent customer service!

I came here day of looking for a vehicle after a long battle with the insurance. These guys not only got me in a car immediately but when the check engine light came on they transfered me to another car and delivered the car that I originally had to me after they fixed it! Talk about service! When the guy came to do the trade it was an easy switch. I then got a knock on my door 5 minutes later and he had in his hand my Prada purse and Prada sunglasses. Something I would have been greatly depressed about had I left them!

Thanks to the amazing and fast service and the trustworthiness of those store. I will forever recommend this location

I went to pick up a car yesterday , because of an auto accident I had, they had the car ready that's great, but had me sign for optional coverage not telling me it was optional . There were actually 4 of them he marked them off not telling me the last one was optional and
charged me 100 bucks.Please read everything before signing.
I did go back today and they made everything right.
