I’ve rented both for work and personal use and the cars are always clean, well maintained and my transactions are as smooth as can be. Often in and out within just a couple of minutes. I would recommend them to anyone.
(November 24, 2021, 2:27 pm)This place is where you want to get your cars from. Aisha is a great lady that follow ups with customer to ensure they get the car that they reserved for.
I booked a 12 passenger van and she went above and beyond for me. They didn't have it but she followed up with the vendor to get the car for me ASAP. The van was dirty when it arrived and she cleaned it herself even with me offering to help. This place is amazing and I highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Aisha and the team.
(July 26, 2021, 9:30 pm)We rented a passenger van from the Mason location for the 3rd year in a row in June and had a good experience as usual. We had an issue come up but Aisha, who must be a manager or owner, worked very hard to resolve the issue for us. She was very attentive and understanding, and seemed to be very sincere in her interest to help us. We are very grateful for her outstanding customer service!
