After the Huber Heights Speedway gas station car wash decided to slam its folding doors into both of my rear rear fenders then Speedway corporate customer (non)service telling me "not our responsibility", I met with Kyle at the Lebanon Gerber shop. He was prompt, personable, and he actually spent some time hand rubbing and using a buffer to remove all the damage and restore the finish. At an ESTIMATE visit - I was amazed. Then he wouldn't give me a bill! WOW! Doesn't get much better than that. They have a customer for life! Speedway lost a lifelong customer. Amazing how different businesses will treat folks!
