The friendly and supportive environment is intentionally crafted and maintained by The Well staff. The balance of independent work and coaching is perfect. The client base is diverse - various age and nationality groups are accepted! The workout program is created the way that’s it is possible to workout there every day due to focus being placed on different muscle group daily and weekly. I have never been that consistent in my exercise routine! We come to this gym happy and leave even happier! “This place is great with a few caveats. First, the running track is at a 30° incline towards the center. I kept feeling like I was going to fall onto the basketball court. Second, the rock climbing wall has parts that snap or fall off regularly. Other than those two things, it's a pretty good gym. The staff are all very nice and helpful.”
