Bethlehem Lutheran Church

We travel and stay at hiltons, until now, around 150 nights a year. We've been diamond members for a long time but time after time for awhile now we have felt less than impressed. I encouraged my husband to try something new this time and I am so glad that we did. Our two bedroom suite is far superior to what we had come to tolerate and accept with homewood suites. Oddly enough, this appears to be a bit less expensive, but everything from the actual smart tv, decor, actual coffee pot, full oven and stove top, cute fireplace I'm scared to use because of little kids...down to the decent toilet paper, everything just feels like I'm actually on a vacation and we are appreciated customers. I look forward to climbing the Bonvoy tiers and staying at Marriotts now. Hilton really needs to get it together or they will keep losing people that invest almost 200 thousand dollars a year at their hotels. It's too late to keep us. I encourage people to switch things up if they are feeling stuck with hilton over points or just habit.

Residence Inn by Marriott Newark Silicon Valley is a very nice hotel to stay at. Many restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores are around. Almost direct access to bridge Dumbarton Bridge can lead to Silicon Valley ($7 fee single way). The hotel itself is kind of old, but very spacious, quiet, safe, and the staff is super nice. A good option if you are tired of crowded and noisy Palo Alto.

Somber, but it was a fitting and peaceful service that honored Randy's life.
