“It's an old shop, (I got haircuts there probably 64 years ago. It's had several barbers that owned it over the years. No nonsense barber asks "How do you want it cut?" Then he gets to work. “First off, kudos to them for having Saturday hours! I brought my car in right when they opened without exactly knowing what was wrong with it. Juan quickly diagnosed the issue was the brake pads and rotors and told me the cost would be $200- much less than I've spent at other repair facilities for the same job. He didn't try to hose me by telling me I needed any unnecessary repairs. He was completely forthright about everything. There was a delay with the delivery of the parts, so Juan took it upon himself to personally go and retrieve them himself. He apologised profusely on multiple occasions for the parts delay. He finished the repairs in a timely fashion, and the quality of his work is top notch. I highly recommend this place and plan on taking my car back whenever it's in need of further repairs.”

I needed a cover up done on my wrist, and Dragon and my uncle did me more than justice. The design they came up with is perfect and unique to myself, and has so much meaning to it. Not only that, but its impossible to see what I had before. “We went to Furniture Palace at the Northwood location searching for a Breakfast Nook and a large over hanging lamp. We searched several other locations from Sandusky to Oregon. We knew from all the other sales reps that most products will be delayed due to the pandemic. We met a young man by the name of Nate at the Northwood Furniture Palace. He met our needs and confirmed they too will have delays. Nate contacted us on a weekly basis to let us know the status. Even if he knew he might get an ear full , but he stayed true to his job and for a person like myself in a management position appreciated the common courtesy. So, I thank you for being an upfront and honest and I will definitely shop again at Furniture Palace Northwood location.”
