While I was not able to rent a car from this location, she was quick to get me a reservation nearby and gave me lots of tips and tricks during the time I was not able to use my car. Small location and the wait was a bit long, but that's because they were cleaning the car and I suppose that's to be expected from any rental place. The person who we got the car from was very thorough explaining how their preexisting damage system works, was super friendly, and wasn't pushy when it came to talking about add-ons.

I rented a car last minute right before the location was due to close for the day and I still received great service. Hakeem was the associate that assisted me and he made sure I received a suitable vehicle and clearly explained everything. He offered all the add ins but was not pushy like some rental people can be. I highly recommend this location and will do business here again even though it is not the closest to me.
