Dermatology Associates: Lorton Christy A MD

I called today and spoke with Alison to ask for a prescription refill. She said she would check with the doctor. A few hours later, Alison called me back and said that the doctor will call it in for me. Now I ask you, how many offices call back to tell you the results of what the doctor will do? I don't know of any. I might add that all the staff is wonderful at this office and I can't say enough nice words about any of them. Dr. Lorton, her nurse, Catherine and the other staff are friendly, welcoming, calming and helpful. Now I will specifically name Alison, who has the best telephone voice ever and never showed one once of impatience of "one more thing to do" or unpleasantness. Thank you to all. I am so thankful I was referred to this practice. Oh, and by the way, I'm symptom free and feeling great.
