Very friendly and accommodating staff.
We called ahead and Sarah helped make arrangements for us to check in early.
Both the shampoo and conditioner bottles in our shower were empty.
We had issues with our door. It kept having the deadbolt come out which has jamming it shut it not letting it open 🤷
Check for towels before you enter the pool as they don't seem to adequately restock the towels. If there are no teal towels at the pool simply walk to the front desk and I'll give you as many as you need.
Free breakfast, unfortunately they do not have a waffle machine but instead have prepackaged sugary waffles. They also don't let you scoop your own eggs or meats.

Incredible and amazing for a 3-star hotel! There is everything you could want in good condition. Working air condition, private (attached) restroom, up to date T.V. with streaming services, a gym, places to get food, pools, a bunch of nearby stores, and close to the Disney parks, all for a cheap price!

A tour company booked this hotel for us and I was surprised to find out it was only 3-stars! Did not have any issues and really liked it. Will definitely come again on my next trip to Orlando and the parks.
