“Ordered a cake from the BG Kroger Bakery for my parents' 50th anniversary party. It was beautifully decorated and moist and delicious. At least half a dozen people complimented me on it and asked where we'd gotten it. We ordered a full sheet, half chocolate and half yellow, with the whippy icing. “Craig, Sorry you feel that way. We have trucks of our own. So we understand this from both perspectives. Surely we would pay detention if it warranted it. We cannot however pay detention when drivers don't call in, fall asleep and take naps and or do not document their times on the paperwork. Our policy specifically states needing to be notified and have a chance to mitigate detention. Sorry we did not have a chance to advocate for your driver. It is in a convenient location that is quiet and safe and has a great community. I found the front desk staff, Katrina and Beverly to always be friendly and knowledgeable and they have always been a great help when I need guest passes or general questions.
