They were very helpful. I’ve been going to this place for years. Even when the new place opened up across the street. I wanted to support this business. BUT, I’m done. The vacuums are terrible and took my money. Then a couple of days ago, the automatic car wash took my money and never started. I tried to contact Caress and no luck. The number was disconnected. I’ve lost at least $20 here, never again.”

“Ran my vehicle through the car wash, a regular wash, nothing extra. I have been using this car wash for years. Unlike some other car washes there is a staff of hard working, conscientious workers who always want the best for their customers. Have an incident? It will be handled. Have a question, it will be answered. Unlike some “laser” washes this professional establishment always has employees on hand. Very proud if this business! A good one to visit, you’ll be pleased. “This is the best car wash I’ve ever been to. The jolly character at the front of the wash, I think his name was Chandler, was the kindest soul I’ve ever encountered. He gave me a sense of comfort as I had many questions about the services that Dads performs. The wash itself made my car spotless, I could literally see my reflection in the side of my car! And boy did I look good if I may add. When I exited the wash, I was greeted by 4 dryers ready to service me with a smile! I was especially intrigued by a man named Spencer. He welcomed me to the drying portion of the service where he performed my door jam service after finishing drying the car. He even encouraged me to sign up for the monthly pass and I did! It’s always a good day when you get service with a smile. All the employees are very personable and kind. I will never go to another car wash again, Dads North Canton is LEGIT!”

“I am rating this as 5 stars as far as touch free carwashes are concerned. I frequently hand wash my car to a much higher level of quality and cleanliness. But between washes I use this auto wash all the time. As it is completely touch free it does not scratch or damage the paint. It does a good enough job, especially during our dreaded winters with the 40 million pounds of road salt per 1/4 mile of roadway. The Everwash app is also great.”
