“It's hit or miss. The psychiatrist we found is a gem, who shares her professional advice after listening to our experiences and concerns. Dr. Kaitlyn Pollack is professional, understanding and friendly. However, finding a therapist that you trust and respect is a process, because you likely will have to try a few before finding the right person to help you. We went through six therapists in six months at the Xenia location, because they shuffled us from one to another regardless of the fact that my daughter was there for help with *separation anxiety*.”

“The only issue I have with this office is that it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to someone on the phone. You are better off going into the office with a simple question than calling. You have to wait on hold for ages and are lucky if someone eventually answers. But everyone here is very nice and professional, I just wish I could get them on the phone.”
