“My experience here has always been good/ bad/ alright. My kids have been going here for the past 8.5 years. My experience with the staff has been 8/10. I've only experienced 3-4 rude staff members in my 8.5 years. So not too bad.!! Mainly with the dental secretary. I've always had a good experience with the medical secretaries and staff and with the dental specialists themselves, but the staff that you check in with for dental hasn't been very pleasant. Other than that, it's a great place. Just wish that it wasn't so hard to schedule an appointment for dental, maybe a waiting list would be helpful for scheduling and more online access for scheduling appointments and leaving messages instead of long call hold times.”
