“Dr Oliverio is very knowledgeable and professional in his dealing with both staff and patients. I had a very negative experience with his secretary today, however. She was very upset that I had an appointment but wasn’t “financially approved” to pay the $100 visit fee with my credit card. Apparently this takes “4-5 days” and I should never have been given an appointment without this approval…. Even though I was just at the office in January, and have been a patient of Dr Oliverio since I was a child. She called the Cleveland Clinic and I paid over the phone, and in spite of this she proceeded to tell all of the office staff and other professionals in the office that I wasn’t approved to be in the office and have my appointment. I find her behavior very unacceptable as it was very embarrassing to hear her falsely accusing me (to anyone and everyone who would listen) of not paying and/or being honest when I know I didn’t make that appointment by myself, and I also paid the charges for it! Did she think I got in and hacked the system and just, really knew- I just really knew what I would do- I would make an appointment! Yeah, that’s right- I’d make a drs appointment!! Muuuuu wha ha ha ha- what a wicked thing, to call the offices to make an appointment to see my doctor in regards to my health! (Lol) Truly, I think Dr Oliverio can do better in regards to his secretarial staff… (He, however, is a really great doctor ) 🌸”
