“Wow. Obviously there is nothing easy about a funeral but Hodapp made everything go as easily as possible. They were so amazing and helpful throughout the whole process. The helped guide us in making personal choices for my dad and that really helped me get the closure and peace I needed to accept his passing. Odd but I felt excited for my dad by the personal, unique choices Hodapp helped us make. Not only that, when Hodapp first took possession of my dad after his passing, he was in *rough* shape. When I approached his open casket, I cried tears of relief. He looked SO AMAZING and I didn't think that was possible. I finally felt like my dad was at peace and I was able to have a good lasting impression of his physical being. I cannot give enough stars to Hodapp for making such an awful time in my life as perfect as it could possibly be. Don't take your loved one anywhere else. “I love their customer service on ever level! Even the office went out of their way to help me with fmla paperwork for work! Helped me to give all paperwork to hospice and have them sign and give back to them. I had no way to make this happen my self, so they did the delivery of paperwork and letting me know when it was complete so I could pickup and give to my place of work. The whole TEAM made this a much better time than was expected. I LOVE YOU GUYS 🥰”

“After our mom passed away Dooley funeral home gave us excellent service and made it so easy for us to get pictures to them and they came to my dads house to do the planning because it had snowed and they didn’t want him to fall. They kept in contact with us through texting and made it very easy for us to text them and ask quick questions. Their communication was 5 star. The video the did and the program they made for moms funeral was amazing. I really can’t say enough good about this place. The night of the visitation went a little long but they didn’t try to hurry us they just let us finish and were so kind. A couple weeks later they checked on us to see how we were doing and I’m just very impressed on how they handled absolutely everything. There really isn’t 1 thing that I feel they could have done better because they did such a great job. Highly recommend them Dooley in Payne.”

They answered all my questions, were professional, courteous, and understanding. I could not have made it through without their help. The facility was beautiful and they even put candy out because it was Halloween, which I was clearly not thinking about. It did not smell like a funeral home. (you know the smell) When I walked in I was in awe. My dad would have been so proud. They went the extra mile and did research on my dad and made it all about him. It was special.
