Yes, I get aggravated with some new rules that all banks follow like scheduling appointments to open accounts, or deposit boxes, scheduling most stuff now due to industry regulaton changes, lobbies being closed due to being short staffed cause most want to live off still-continued, increased unemployment benefits, and the like. But Heather and that crew have been helpful+ wherever they can. EDIT: Oh yeah, plus you still get to them by dialing number provided and pressing 3. Not many banks can claim that thes days.”

There's two woman one is tall with light brown long hair and was very patient even while I counted change and super nice and the other one is a total sweetheart that's short with dark brown long hair. She's always very kind and pleasant to talk to and treats people great. The young man on nights is a great guy too very helpful and cares to help any way needed. I for one enjoy these 3 employees. But be careful, if your not from the East Side you might not wanna stop here... rumer has it that most people can't handle it... I can't see why...?
