“Andrea and all of the doctors I have seen at Franklin Medical Group have always been fabulous! They will squeeze you in when you are ill, never have to wait two weeks or more to be seen as with other physicians. They have cared for 3 generations of my family. I travel about 45 minutes to get to her, and pass many other providers along the way to have my care provided there. “My father spent three years at Brookdale Medina South (8/2018-9/2021). My experience and Dad's experience was wonderful. The staff were all kind and caring. There was always something going on for Dad and sometimes me to enjoy. Dad was living at Medina South at the beginning of the pandemic. I appreciated the steps the staff took to keep all residence and staff safe. Brookdale went above and beyond to make it possible for me to stay in touch with Dad during those scary and frustrating times. If there ever was a concern or issue (very few times) - Barb Berndt and her staff addressed and solved it right away. I'm very pleased with my experience with Brookdale Medina South. It was the perfect place for Dad to spend his life's final chapter.”

My family, friends and other patients that we witnessed in the ER have not had great experiences with some doctors, nurses and employees there at Green Memorial due to their lack of cruel disrespect, horrible lack of choice of words and actions towrds a lot of patients that they believe is only there for the pain medication rather than patients honest pain that are not only there for just medication. I had to take the time to write a great review for the 2 nurses who took care of me as a patient today. Tue, May 21st, 2024, at 11pm discharge time. These 2 nurses were not only doing an amazing job at taking care of my needs and my pain as their patient today but they were very patient, kind, calm, understanding, trustworthy and friendly with me even though I was the total Opposite do to the pain, Anxiety, and past experiences that Ive had their in the ER. They still managed to make sure to do whatever they had to do in order to help bring my pain an anxiety at ease. They both helped me to overcome the thought of not being comfortable to comfortable. They helped me to come to an understanding with my self thoughts that not all nurses are the same nor should they be treated unfairly like some of the nurses and doctors there that Do treat patients unfairly and unkind. I told myself that they are not all as those kinda people. THANK YOU Diane & Calvin for working so hard to set a much better examples on how a patient should be treated🙂 Even though I was checked into a room waited over 6 hours just to be seen by a doctor in order for them to help assist me with my rate of 10 pain. they still did everything they could to make sure I left as a happy patient. we need more nurses like them. Raymond, D.D.S. & Associates Visiting the dentist has always been a nerve-wracking experience for me due to my anxiety, but finding Dr. Michael Thomas at Dr. Katherine I. Raymond, D.D.S. & Associates has truly been a game-changer. His gentle approach and soothing words make each procedure feel less daunting. For instance, when adjusting my bite, he was incredibly delicate, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Recently, I required some extensive dental work, including the treatment of two cavities and the replacement of a crown where decay had set in underneath. Dr. Michael's expertise shone through during these procedures. I was sedated for about 2 and a half hours, and I woke up to everything being perfectly fixed—even a cosmetic bonding that had previously been a challenge was flawlessly executed. His ability to perfect my bite without any issues while I was sedated (Yep, totally ‘out’) is nothing short of impressive. I am immensely grateful to Dr. Michael for his exceptional bedside manner and technical proficiency. A huge thank you as well to the entire team at Dr. Katherine I.
