“Driving by Steadfast, I was always intimidated seeing the garage doors up and crossfit classes. But Steadfast is so much more than Crossfit. They have Strength training classes, which is what I have been going to since February. Anything can be adapted to your fitness level. The coaches are knowledgeable and very encouraging. Other members are quick to give you a "great job!" and check in with each other. It's a great community to join!! Want to work out on your own? They also have have a gym with all the regular weight machines, free weights and cardio machines. Check out Steadfast, you won't be disappointed!”
