Wanted to give a special thanks to Patrick for introducing my wife and I to Avalon Mamaroneck. The amenities are top notch, but the service and professionalism were even better! Highly recommended

I’ve been living at Avalon Mamaroneck for a while now and overall it’s been a good experience. The leasing process was smooth and quick, and any maintenance issues have been addressed quickly. Mark and Cleyber are outstanding and genuinely care about everyone here. The place is always clean, landscaping is nice and no issues with stolen packages as they use the Amazon boxes. The atmosphere is very family friendly (the whole of Mamaroneck is) and my neighbors have been wonderful to get to know. I was unsure about moving out of Manhattan and the amenities on your doorstep there, but I’ve fallen in love with this area! It has hiking, bird watching, a beach with swimming and kayaking, great cafes and restaurants, a cinema, pottery painting, big library, performing arts center and more! Unfortunately though, the number one reason I chose this apartment was because others had said it’s soundproof - whereas the neighbor above me is constantly noisy (stomping, banging/dropping things,closing door hard, etc etc) to the point of waking my baby on many occasions. Thankfully management was swift to try to help resolve this and it’s now improved. But don’t move here if you expect it to be soundproof. It’s also a 100% smoke free complex, but I often smell smoke in the elevator, parking garage and on my floor. This has also improved, but is there once in a while and can be an unpleasant way to come home/start the day. The management really does do a lot for the residents and I’m feeling settled in and look forward to summer dinners on the balcony, and weekends at the pool.

We have been living at Avalon in Mamaroneck for the past 7 months. Mark Morales and his team do a tremendous job managing the building. Keep up the great work.

My family and I love living at Avalon Willow! We are possibly the longest standing residents here- we meant to stay for one year and then loved the lifestyle so much that we have lived here for about twenty years. The current front office staff, including Patrick and Mark, are very pleasant and helpful. The maintenance staff are also wonderful. Cleyber and Eric are very responsive and helpful whenever we need them. Avalon Willow has a very friendly atmosphere, and we have always enjoyed living with friendly neighbors and making use of all the amenities. The location is wonderful and there are tons of things to do within walking distance. Avalon Willow has always been a five star place for us to live!

Is perfect place to relax quiet and peaceful . The house is ranch style It's very nice the surrounding yard and gardens have many places to set and reflect

I stayed at the prairie land ranch..it was a quite quaint home I loved it...loved that it had a fully furnished kitchen so i didn't have to eat out..laundry onsite..loved all the animals on the property..on my next return to Oklahoma i will be staying with them again

It was a haunted house or should say haunted barns. The actors had great make-up and it was a good scare.
