“While the selection is quite small, I have to say that it was made up for in amazing customer service...literally could not ask for any better. I got there late in the day which narrowed down my choices to 4 or 5 arrangements of roses & 1 with big pink daisies. I chose the daisies & then Trish, who was incredibly upbeat & friendly, got to work pulling anything that we could possibly use to "dress up" the arrangement & make it "14 yr old girl" approved, as it was for my twin daughters birthday. She went to the back pulling anything that may go with our theme & then we assembled 2 "goodie bags" to tie onto the vase & balloon. As it was close to closing, there were no delivery people available so Trish pulled up the address on her phone to confirm best route & then said that as soon as she closed up at 6pm she would deliver the arrangement herself. Trish was fun, understood what I was going for when making my selections & was accommodating in any area she possibly could. I will be a repeat customer in the future! On a side note, while writing out the card to attach, I witnessed several people come in to pick up their dry cleaning. They were all greeted by name & Trish had a quick chat with each one to check up on family & life. Small town culture of sincere friendly small talk that I'm sure, is appreciated by what I assume were long time customers.”

“The only reason this company didn't get a 5 star rating is because they have no front door. Seriously, they are in an industrial park and you have to enter through another business to get to them or go around the side and through a loading dock (danger)! However, they were very quick (1 day turn around), cheap ($2/knife to hone) and very good (like a samurai sword). I was a little leery to leave my very expensive Shun knives with them because they have mountains of restaurant knives that they work on. They must provide sharpening services for area restaurants or they may get the raw blades from the manufacturer and put an edge on them there. The guy I talked to, Brian, could see I was worried and showed me the difference between the a "sharpening" and a "honing". I opted for honing, but if you have knives that have been abused, you may want to go to the next level. Overall, although a little tricky to find, well worth the effort. 3/26/13 Update: I brought my knives in a second time and graciously, they have added an entrance on the side of the building (although it still dumps you into the workshop, not an office). This time, they sharpened my knives while I waited. The entire transaction took only 10 minutes! Their prices went up $1/knife since my last sharpening, but at $3/knife, still the best deal in town!”
