The office personnel is 2nd to none. All are accommodating in all instances whether it be a simple need to know answer to a question, or just to chat a moment. Nothing is ever considered a bother.The maintenance staff has to be the best anywhere. The grounds are kept as immaculate as possible. Maintenance calls are quickly addressed and fixed as soon as feasible. Sometimes parts need to be ordered,and that's part of life that cannot be controlled. However, speed and efficiency is the goal with every job. Politeness and friendliness, by all the team, is a given. A smile goes a long way.
