I get my tires rotated at this location every 3-6 months. The staff is always SO nice and explains what’s going on with my tires very well. They also work super fast. I’m usually in and out in about an hour. Making an appointment makes the process so easy. Nick and Shea especially are great! Would super recommend this Discount Tire!

I was traveling from New Jersey and noticed that I kept getting a flat on the way. I was able to get an appointment online the day after Christmas which was very convenient and I decided to have them rotate my tires since I was due for it in addition to fixing my tire. They figured out that the leak was in my stem, fixed it and rotated my tires in less than an hour. The best part is that the entire visit was completely free. I almost couldn't believe it. It was such a nice surprise and everyone was so friendly. If I ever move to an area with a Discount Tire I will definitely go to them for all of my tire needs. I am pretty sure that this service would have cost me close to $100 in New Jersey.

Exceptional customer service! I was barely out of my car, when Brian (heavyset gentleman) was right there finding out what I needed. The service was efficient, prompt, and quick. I blew out a tire hitting a pothole. The tire could not be repaired. The tire was replaced with a new one with ABSOLUTELY no hassle for free, excellent warranty service!!! Great experience, and this business has my complete loyalty (and business) now, and going forward.

They have been great for the Desoto/Lancaster community for years pricing is great and they have most tire sizes in stock new or used. Highly recommend.
