They were very nice and understandably busy and let me know that it was a long wait and that I could sit in my car and they would text me. The wait time was exactly the time they told me they were quick and took very good care of my daughter. Love coming here for our urgent care needs.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful with my new Medicare due to moving here recently. The nurse/aid was very skilled and kind too. The doctor, sorry l don't know her name, made me feel comfortable and not crazy for having an eye irritation that was probably not an infection as l thought. I appreciated her so much.

Hello all, I live in NORMAN but I’ve never visited class in urgent care. About a week ago I felt the need to do so. Previously for minor acute incidents I would go to another urgent care and had hone there for almost 8 years. I was amazed at the customer service from the start of the call, to helping me through online booking, the front desk, the nurse who assisted me , to the doctor. Everyone was very professional. I appreciated the doctor personally as he was very honest regarding my situation. He explain to me why it would be best to go back to my surgeon regarding the issue he believed to be a post Surgical one. I appreciate it him being kind, knowledgeable, and honest. Not that I want to go to an urgent care center in the future but if I do , Classen, Urgent care is now my new urgent care place.

I had a great experience. I needed to get my prescription refilled, I wasn’t able to get ahold of my doctor the week before. I appreciate you not only refilling it, but also doing for a year. I would recommend you guys.

We had an awesome experience... my son got a cut right above his left eye that needed some repair. Upon arriving at the clinic we were brought back to a room almost immediately. The PA was very compassionate and was handling business within 5 minutes. 3 quick sutures later we were walking out the door. We were in and out in less than 30 min and the boy is good as new!
