I left the store with “WOW” experience. Staff went above and beyond to help me!!! I came in to get an exchange for a different size. Size i needed was not available and staff called the store near to make sure the size i was looking for was available. They wrote down directions on how to get to the other store and even walked me to my car to make sure i am safe. Talk about excellent people skills and enjoying working with people. We own several businesses and had an infestation appear at one of our restaurants one morning. When we contacted several companies; no one could help us with the pests before opening time of 5pm. Hawkins was right there, on-the-spot, within an hour of calling them. Got rid of flying ants and we opened timely with no problems. Our patrons were never inconvenienced.
