Every time I visit the Lindsey Street branch in Norman, I am greeted and treated not as a customer, but a friend that happens to double as my banker. Their staff, including the Branch Manger Greg, goes out of their way to check in with you on arrival no matter how busy they are. They take the time to explain all their services not in great detail, but take the time to ensure you have understood all aspects and options available to you. “Each branch of McClain bank has exceptional staff so it's always a quick in and out experience you feel good about. The noble branch is where I do most of my banking and sometimes I'll go to the branch on West Lindsey. One of many reasons I began banking at McClain Bank Noble branch is because the GM /Director, Lady Boss in charge is one of the most exceptional individuals I have had the pleasure of meeting. “This has been my bank since I deposited my first paycheck at 16 (I am now 28). All of the employees have been wonderful since that day and I have no complaints. One of the women there now helped me open my first account and now she is presenting my children with Terrific Kids awards at their school. She always asks how the kids are when I go in without them. All of the tellers are incredibly nice and polite. There are a couple of tellers that ask me how school is going and we will have conversations about what each of us is studying at any given time. Another plays music and will tell me about shows (my husband is a musician so we're going to see him play eventually). The fraud center at this bank chain is excellent. They caught an out-of-state charge I had not authorized, issued me a new card in store in just a few minutes, and refunded me the charges without complaint. It took less than a day to sort everything out, and that's with not being able to go into the bank for the card the same day because I was at school. Truly, this is a wonderful bank and I have loved my experience with them.”

“My wife and I wanted to buy a second home in Florida. We would not have been able to do it without Cheryl and her team. First, because of the size we didn’t know how to structure it. Cheryl gave us a plan. Secondly, the deal required two different type of loans. The much larger of the two and the one First United provided went flawlessly. However, the other institution really struggled. Cheryl took the time to call the other bank and help them through it. Our buyer was trying to back out and definitely would have if Cheryl hadn’t jumped through some hoops to help out. Finally, because of the high demand in the market we hadn’t even seen the house in person. While vacationing Cheryl took time out of her trip to drive to our home and take pictures for us. The service she provided was incredible. We will be forever grateful.”

“I have been a Wells Fargo customer for years and today I am writing a review. I just had a meeting with Zenovia Barac and she did an amazing job. She is extremely caring with great customer service. I went to wire money and she took the time to show me how to do the wire through the mobile app. Furthermore, she showed me how to redeem my rewards from my credit card. I have been wanting to know how to do it for years, I have just never bothered to ask. All I can say is that she's an outstanding banker. Thank you!”
