They tell you about an hour but it hardly ever takes an hour. I was in their yesterday and only had to wait about 15-20 minutes for two pairs of glasses. No where else would help or listen to me, until i met Jackie. Jackie helped me and fought with me to get my daughter taken care of. She then set me up with Jennifer Hughes. She’s the best in the business and answered my ridiculous questions with such respect, no matter how ridiculous they may seem. I can proudly say that today, my daughter graduated from feeding therapy!!! I can honestly say That i am going to miss the staff and i am so sad we won’t be spending anymore time there! “After a basal cell carcinoma decided to set up residence smack dab in the middle of my bald spot..., I elected to have a divot of skin sliced out of my noggin via mohs procedure. The surgery wasn't even 2 weeks ago and I can't believe how it looks. No more gross cancer spot that made people say, "Dude! That thing looks angry! Get it checked out!" Unless you were standing right behind me staring at my head (please don't, that would be weird!), you'd never know I had about a half-dollar sized chunk of skin removed. It's amazing and I'm impressed. Truth be told: for a nanosecond, I contemplated giving only 4 stars because they weren't willing to remove my entire bald spot and take up the slack with a gentle face lift... ;) However, everyone was friendly, it was an expeditious process, and the results really speak to the exemplary service by everyone there. Previously for minor acute incidents I would go to another urgent care and had hone there for almost 8 years. I was amazed at the customer service from the start of the call, to helping me through online booking, the front desk, the nurse who assisted me , to the doctor. Everyone was very professional. I appreciated the doctor personally as he was very honest regarding my situation. He explain to me why it would be best to go back to my surgeon regarding the issue he believed to be a post Surgical one. I appreciate it him being kind, knowledgeable, and honest. Not that I want to go to an urgent care center in the future but if I do , Classen, Urgent care is now my new urgent care place.”
