April was amazing! We knew we needed to sell but our house wasn’t ready. We had her over and she helped us prioritize what was most important. With the market slowing down we were terrified the house would sit while we were scheduled to move out of state. We are so grateful for her input in getting it sell ready because the house was pending within 24 hours. Her entire team was always quick to respond and get documents signed, and even worked around our busy schedules! Such a great experience during an incredibly stressful time!!

She is also transparent in the process pointing out any issues in a home that a first time buyer might miss. She is bubbly and knowledgeable and provides a great quality experience. Even though the timing wasn't quite right for me to purchase through April, I will definitely be referring her and reaching out down the line when I'm ready to take that step!
