“Losing weight can be easy, but keeping it off is difficult. I am reviewing the Sunday afternoon meeting as that is the only time I have attended. The program has been working for me, but I do understand there are multiple factors that play into being healthy. So let me focus on the meeting and location. The Sunday afternoon session has a wonderful coach in Shannon. He is enthusiastic and empathetic as he listens to our journeys of the struggles and the successes. He does a great job to give all of the members an opportunity to speak. The meetings feel short but informational. I also enjoy cheering on my fellow members. I have bought many of the products in the store. They are displayed nicely and easily accessible. All of the employees are super.”
