Every time I visit the Lindsey Street branch in Norman, I am greeted and treated not as a customer, but a friend that happens to double as my banker. Their staff, including the Branch Manger Greg, goes out of their way to check in with you on arrival no matter how busy they are. “This has been my bank since I deposited my first paycheck at 16 (I am now 28). All of the employees have been wonderful since that day and I have no complaints. One of the women there now helped me open my first account and now she is presenting my children with Terrific Kids awards at their school. She always asks how the kids are when I go in without them. All of the tellers are incredibly nice and polite. There are a couple of tellers that ask me how school is going and we will have conversations about what each of us is studying at any given time. Another plays music and will tell me about shows (my husband is a musician so we're going to see him play eventually). The fraud center at this bank chain is excellent. They caught an out-of-state charge I had not authorized, issued me a new card in store in just a few minutes, and refunded me the charges without complaint. It took less than a day to sort everything out, and that's with not being able to go into the bank for the card the same day because I was at school. Truly, this is a wonderful bank and I have loved my experience with them.”
