“I just wanted to say thank you to all the nurses I had for my birth on 12/15/2024. There were so many. My birth nurses were fantastic and the one who helped deliver is an angel. I will say postpartum lacked a little for first time parents who needed help and getting donor milk was a struggle for some reason when I didn’t have any milk come in till I got home. Besides that everything was great.”

“The staff at Norman Regional HealthPlex are always courteous and kind. I have never had a bad experience here yet! Today I needed bloodwork ran when I checked in Ken greeted me with a smile, took my paper work, and gave me a buzzer. Then my buzzer went off to tell me someone needed to see me which was Sandi in the business office so she could accept my copay and check me into the hospital. Very nice lady willing to explain everything and help me with my paperwork for insurance and my FSA plan. After I finish there I went back for a short wait and Jennifer B came out to get me for my bloodwork. Exceptionally nice as well and very gentle I might add. I am blessed with the worst veins you could get, she did it the first time with no problems and no pain. I always have the best experience at Norman Regional HealthPlex I cannot imagine going anywhere else for any other hospital needs. I will also tell you I am also in the medical field and I’m very critical of personnel. Total time maybe an hour and that was with no appointment. They all 3 need some praise !!!!!! Thank you so much!!❤️”

“I really enjoy working out at the Health Club. The staff is very nice, they ask each member to clean the machines before and after use. But I am concerned about the Corona Virus in Norman Oklahoma. The Health club has recently quit taking temperatures of clients going into the Gym. I see very few wearing masks (all the people that work there do have a mask) I would really suggest they start taking temperatures again to keep their members safe.The numbers in Norman Oklahoma is going up and not down. How would they know if some one was ill, if the temperature has not been taken.Other than this, I love this place!”

“Thanks God for good nurses and doctors (yes, they still exist 🙏🏼). After being turned away yesterday afternoon by an arrogant condescending dr. at an Urgent Care on 134th St & Santafe Ave. (Classen), my husband had to take our little 4 y.o. girl to the ER because of an UTI lastnight. Thankfully a more compassionate doctor and a great nurse were willing to help, my daughter got the appropriate treatment and has been recovering. Dr. Terry Hill and nurse Brandy were fantastic, and my entire family is very thankful for them. God bless and protect you 🙏🏼.”

“I cannot say thank you enough to the staff at the JD McCarty center. I came in as a panicked new mom with a child that just refused to eat. No where else would help or listen to me, until i met Jackie. Jackie helped me and fought with me to get my daughter taken care of. She then set me up with Jennifer Hughes. She’s the best in the business and answered my ridiculous questions with such respect, no matter how ridiculous they may seem. I can proudly say that today, my daughter graduated from feeding therapy!!! I can honestly say That i am going to miss the staff and i am so sad we won’t be spending anymore time there! But thank you for all the support and help!!!!!”

She knew exactly how to care for him and answered all of our questions following his surgery. I’ve dealt with a lot of RNs and shes one of the best I’ve ever dealt with.
