“Had to take our dog Charlie in tonight for bloody stool, which was exactly as horrifying and nerve-racking as you could imagine. We were thankfully seen right away, and they were able to complete blood work and fecal test on site immediately, and provided the results shortly after. Our Vet Tech was amazing at handling Charlie (he’s a BIG boy), and she did not scare him once the whole time. Charlie received exam, testing, diagnosis, treatment, and we were checked out all within 1 hour and 15 minutes. Our Vet Tech, Veterinarian, and Receptionist tonight were all exceptional helping us and are so clearly hard workers with arguably some of the most challenging jobs in the world. Couldn’t be more thankful for having them and this emergency vet available just down the road.”

“Today was one of the worst days of my life. My senior fur baby, Bella had to be euthanized. She suffered a leg injury that left us with not a lot of options for her particular situation. I called many vets and Sooner Vet was the only one that could work us in…and that is in part thanks to Pat. Thank you so much Pat! The whole staff took great care of us from beginning to end. I couldn’t ask for a better vet tech than Ke’Auna. She was super sweet, empathetic, and took excellent care of my Bella. She clipped her nails and also gave me some hair clippings to keep. There were other techs that assisted that were great too! Dr. Stallings was just AMAZING. She explained everything in detail and took the time to show me the x-rays. She made sure my Bella was comfortable until the end. They did not rush me and this was at the end of the long day! I plan on taking all my fur babies here in the future. ❤️”

“Dr. Leopard explained and showed us how to tube feed our neonate kitten and allowed me to record her demonstration to ensure our kitten has the best chance at life. She was kind and professional, and gave us a tube feeding kit and new syringes with nipples to allow our kitten to learn to nurse safely. She also gave us a safer alternative to our powdered formula to feed him until he is stronger. The office cats are also a huge plus to the visit.”

“I'm not a good writer but here goes. We put my Golden down last November at Ranchwood. I got a new pup a month later but wanted to wait a little bit before going back to Ranchwood because i was tore up over my Golden. I tried another popular local vet. New pup was shaking his head, scratching his ears and they stunk. Took him to the other vet. They took a quick look at his ears and said they were fine. Gave me some flush and sent us home. After 3 weeks with little improvement i took him to Ranchwood. They swabbed both ears and checked for infection. He had ear infections. After only one day on antibiotics he is doing much better. They are awesome at Ranchwood. Great people that care and will take the time to do it right.”
