“Best bank I've ever banked at! The customer service is amazing, they have went above and beyond time and time again. Never once since I've banked with them (3 years) has any of the staff or managers had a bad attitude or not been helpful. Very friendly and they do not pressure you into doing something you don't want to do. They are very up front about how their banking works. I like that honesty in a bank. I will continue to bank with them till the end of time. They even called me on my birthday and sung a happy birthday song. If that's not great customer service then I guess don't what great customer service is. They also are good about letting you about any special banking offers that are going on and even if you do not bank with them they still are willing to offer any kind of help they can. Again amazing bank and great customer service. Thank you City National Bank for being that amazing bank!”
