“Jct is one of the few true great companies left. I was with them in the early 2000’s and I stayed a couple years. I had to leave due to mother in law’s battle with cancer she lost. They treated me so much respect. I didn’t come back because I went and bought a truck out right. Fast forward to 2020 and I lost my business due to trade war and truck major breakdown. I’m back now in 2022 and the same office staff is here and they have not changed. They have so much respect for drivers. I see the negative reviews, all I can say is that it is hard to adjust from a company driver mindset to a business owner mind set. It’s a huge difference and that difference will sink a owner. You can do very well with JCT. You just need to change your mindset. I repeat, you will set the course to do good or fail by your own merit. The LP program is good.”

“This is a family-owned company and the owners are friendly and informative. One of the things I loved the most is that we were able to set up everything online. Sign up was super easy and quick. I was able to set up the account, pay the fees and access all of the terms. The only issue was signing the actual lease it would not allow me to do that. I was just about to call them but she called me first. She noticed it wasn't signed and asked me if there was anything I needed. I told her that it wouldn't allow me to sign it online and she immediately knew what the problem was. I thought that was great. She asked me if I did it from my cell phone or a computer. When I told her I was using my cell phone she said this is a common problem that the website has and that they are currently working on fixing it. Then she said she would sign it for me if I would agree to allow her to read it to me over the phone. So not only did she know what the problem was, they are currently working on it, and she had a way to move forward made me an extremely happy customer. When I finally did show up to my storage unit my passcode worked perfectly, my unit was available and everything went smoothly. Thank you to the management for taking such great care of your customers. I highly recommend this storage they have competitive pricing, cameras and passcode access.”
