Comfort Inn & Suites Tulsa I-44 West - Rt 66

The ladies at the front seat on day shift and on night shift have been absolutely amazing. These ladies go above and beyond to make their guests feel like they are at home. My son and I with both our blue healers have been in a car driving for 20 hours and checking in was easy I called the hotel directly and she had got our room found right away as we pulled in I was able to run in and she already knew who I was I started to tell her I was just on the phone and she said yes sir the gentleman with his son and two heelers. Got the room at great rate the pet deposit what’s more than reasonable. She gave both the dogs treats after she asked if she could pet them and if they was allowed to have treats. That’s the proper way to handle meeting another person dog not just assuming it’s ok. The night manager was the same as I took the dogs out to go do their business and to have a smoke greeted me and the dogs and asked if she could pet them and if she could give them a treat great job ladies. I enjoy the smoking accommodations they a gazebo over in the grassed area a distance from the front door and from vehicles parking so my smoking wouldn’t bother anyone. Wish all motels had this type of set up.

The rooms were extremely clean and updated. The bathroom is good sized for custom bigger and older people and cleaner than most claim to be 5 star hotels I have stayed in for $300 a night. The air is ice cold in the rooms and the office chair and recliner were both comfortable and not broken. There is a good fridge and microwave in the room with plenty of storage for stuff. The desk is perfect size for the room and plenty of light if needed. I-44 /RT66 is right outside and easy to access. Was worried it would be loud because of the highway and traffic it’s very quiet. The elevator is easily accessible and works great it’s something most people don’t think about unless they have a physical disability as I do being disabled makes staying away from home tough sometimes, and with the lower rooms all full and it matters. So for those that are is the reason I bring this up. The lounge is good sized and the eating area was clean and put away when we checked in but they do have breakfast starting at 6am my son will be happy. They do have an outside pool that looks like it is nice but it was covered up and not open do to the time of year. It does have its own outdoor access with a door that locks but can be opened by your room key. The room keys are tap style which is nice we have all had the credit card style that doesn’t want to read cards. They have drinks,snacks,and personal hygiene items for sale and the drinks and snacks and frozen dinners were not way overpriced it was a fair price for the convenience.

Sleeping wise the beds are clean and plenty of pillows. The mattress are soft and comfortable. The bedding is clean and plenty to fit hot or cold.

The only thing I could see being a problem is sheer curtains not blackout curtains. The problem would be working night shift not day shift it lets enough light in it would bother me trying to sleep during the day. The reason I bring this up is because I am a retired construction worker that traveled for a living and would work nights if I wasn’t home. It’s not enough to be negative about because night shift workers are use to this, and always have a creative way to darken a room. If a person is normal and sleeps at night it’s not a bother at all it’s dark and quiet.

Room 215 very clean and comfortable very modern and up to date.

We stayed here last night. It was a wonderful time for the 3 of us. We came in late and check in was quick and easy,the beds were extremely comfortable. The guy over frontdesk Andy was helpful and had a bright smile and loved working there. Overall just a outstanding experience. They allowed our small dog and our bill was less than we expected. We will all stay here again.

I stayed in room 109 on my way back from a long trip with my dog. My family was on a long road trip from PA to New Mexico and then back. We stayed in a number of pet friendly hotels on this trip and this hotel was by far the cleanest. Thank you so much for making this room available and for your high standard!
