“One complaint and that is failure to keep to appointment times. It was clear they’re short staffed, but continued to allow appointments to be made while also taking walk ins which obviously caused long waits for customers. Everything else is amazing. The environment, the staff, the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the place, all what I needed. My nails look so good, done all the way down to the cuticle, perfect shape and wonderful length. I’ll definitely be going back but I’ll be more mindful to schedule extra time.”
