“Traveling in our RV and stopping at Walmart we decided to try the "China Dream" This is a Buffet $14 each We DID NOT GET BUFFET. We asked for a menu. Ordered chicken chow mein and beef chow mein ...we each ordered an egg roll, chow mein came with white rice and crisp noodles. Rita was new but did a fine job making sure we had everything we needed and that our drinks were full. Our food was hot and freshly prepared as we ordered off of the menu. Very nice presentation.”

The managers, Vanessa and Sadie are definitely in tune with each other and their team, their communication is and was on point when I had to fly from Chicago to Oklahoma to handle family affairs. My dad adores the team and smiles when he sees them while either shopping at Walmart or completing a transaction at the bank. This team made me feel welcomed from the moment I introduced myself. We were able to put a strategy in place for my dad and I feel that I can trust the staff with my dad’s continued banking needs. Since I am a previous branch manger myself, I believe the customer service was outstanding and hard to come by in today’s time. I drove through to get a coke as I usually do and the young lady that was working the window was very rude. she forcefully pushed open the window, did not speak to me..she had a sour expression on her face she stared at the register as I ordered my drink. She got my drink and told me my price. I asked her name and she told me that was private information (which I understand). So I said you must be having a bad day. She stared at me and I told he I was going to complain to management about her attitude. She told me to go right ahead. She shouldn’t be working with the public with that attitude.”

These folks love God and love people and it shows...as well as being the best in their field. Had all my teeth pulled and implants put in, I left with really good temporary dentures that already fit well. I have been dreading this for a long time and I am so glad I went to this clinic. It was almost a 3 hour drive for me but Dr. Perryman, Dr Phillips and the whole staff made it worth the drive. I HIGHLY recommend them.”

“People complain about being disconneted, honestly that is likely not the dhs employees fault. People also complain about them not knowing about details. They are only allowed information their position allows them to know. It is a government office, and oftn people are very restricted in what they can do and tell you. My experience has been positive every time I have spoken to them. They have been helpful and courteous. They are human, they are limited in what they are allowed. With that knowledge maybe you should speak to a different office or ask for a supervisor to assist with your problems. These folks are helping my household afford to cover our needs, without them Me and my kids would be sunk. Thank you DHS.”
