I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! The kind owners of Napa Auto Parts in Medford were so helpful when my husband and I had trailer troubles outside of town. They were so generous to stay open a little bit late to help us out when we were in a pinch. Customer service was an absolute 10/10 !!
My truck blew a heater hose on the highway. Got there right at closing time. Clay and Myron worked together to get the hose made because they did not have it in stock. They had me running home, once again in no time. Great service and on-par prices. They are a great group!
