7 Clans First Council Casino Hotel

Staff was nice, when they were not away from the desk. Advised them of few housekeeping things they needed to work on. Nothing that would make me not return. Slots were not paying on the machines I was playing, but that's the chance you take when you go. Will be back

From the moment we entered the Hotel Lobby, Dorothy made us feel welcome!! She not only was able to take care of our early check-in requests, but was sympathetic to our previous experience at a different location. Every employee, even the cleaning staff, made our stay pleasant. 7 Clans First Council Hotel is a top-notch 5 Star establishment!!

Rooms were very clean. Staff was a little slow but I think it was because of the computers running slow. The hotel itself was fairly clean. Everybody I met was very friendly. Need better signage for telling you which way rooms are especially on second floor. Restaurant was very good. Staff was very friendly in there. Had all you can eat buffet with prime rib that was delicious. Meatloaf macaroni and cheese and green beans were great. Also. Waitress was very friendly.

My kiddos, my husband, and I love going to 7 Clans. We always stay at the hotel when we go. We swim twice during our stay- The first night we get there and then the next morning.
Breakfast buffet is free with your stay. Very good and lots of options. The water park is clean and perfect for all ages. That arcade is pretty great too! The rooms are clean and spacious! We always get the room that has two bedrooms. Or one room plus an open area with another bed. The kids can go to bed at a good time, and my husband and I can stay up and watch a movie.
When you walk in, it does have a hint of smoke, but the rooms do not!
We've been 5 times and it never disappoints!

First time I've ever been to a casino in years. Nice clean and staff was friendly and helpful.
Played for an hour or so, lots of slots and plenty to choose from as well. I prefer the old slot machines vs. the new digital screen ones. Place looked like it was rather new. the hotel looked good too.
Nice place to stop and play a few slots and get back on the road.
