(October 11, 2022, 9:44 pm)I stopped by Friday, and decided to grab mom and myself a shake. The snickerdoodle and Turtle cheesecake were the 2 options I chose, and they were great. The young lady who was in there was very nice, and knowledgeable. Next time I come back home I will stop back by and grab another shake. I recommend checking this location out.

(March 28, 2022, 9:22 am)A friend recommended this place so my son and I checked it out. I love this place!! You can mix and match to create your healthy drink. We enjoy their tea's. Blackberry liftoff with Pink Starburst is oh so tasty!! They have healthy meals in another room to choose from and I seen where you can place an order a day ahead to come pick it up. They also have create your own healthy shakes that are for meal replacements. Soooo many to choose and create. If you haven't been you should really check this place out. My shake gives me energy with out any gitters and bonus suppresses my appitite ALL DAY!! I'm absolutely hooked on the tea.

They always make me laugh, without fail, every time! They are so nice and friendly and I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my nutrition needs. They always motivate and encourage me too. Thank you ladies! You are doing an amazing job!

They have plenty of options for teas and shakes that would suit anyones tastebuds. Black Gold Nutrition offers programs to help those live a healthier lifestyle as well. I have been a client with them for 2 years almost and I would not take my business anywhere else!
