The facility is clean and the entire staff is compassionate and professional. I hope to continue being a patient here. Thank you to all the staff for your dedication during the continuing covid pandemic.

(June 20, 2018, 6:03 pm)I've been going to this clinic for health care for 10 years. The staff is friendly & caring. It's a one-stop shop for me & my kids! Its close to home & very convenient to have an in-house pharmacy & dental. I can't wait for the vision care.
(June 15, 2018, 11:01 pm)We have had 3 appointments for our 22 month old and the staff has been very helpful. Dr. Singleton and her nurses are very knowledgeable and patient. The facility is easy to access and very clean.

We will deliver medication to out Kickapoo Elders in our tribal jurisdiction when notified. Check vital signs at Nutrition every Friday morning if allows.
