“I was a freshman the years 2014-15 and now I'm moving to the city, not because of the school. I'm actually quite heartbroken that I won't finish high school as a bluejay! But this school wasn't the best academically. However, I know many smart kids from Guthrie. It depends on the student to learn. My teachers were good, they don't take bullshit for too long. The school is more on the poor side. Mr. Bill Perring was my favorite! He's the choir director. He directs the musicals. Hes the pied piper leader and I think something with color guard too. The food was pretty good(for school food). We have some clubs but I don't know too much about those. I recommend going to Guthrie high school for not a specific reason. This school is special to me though. Thanks.”
