You talk about customer service a good product then you're going to want to go there cuz those guys they're good you know what I mean I pulled in there and they hooked me up. You know it's out there just a little ways but you'll see why

We have brought our Grandsons Ford Focus here twice…once for his air conditioning then recently for his transmission which they figured out wasn’t the problem and saved us alot of money both times…they are extremely honest…

Petty’s Service Center had my car repaired and returned in less than 24 hours. They were recommended by my brother in law who had previously recommended Petty’s to his sister who was visiting from Texas earlier this year. She took her car in for an estimate thinking it might be the transmission. He gave her his opinion and he did not think that was the issue. He repaired the issue and I remember thinking it sounded like a very reasonable price.

I appreciate Mr Petty and his knowledge regarding cars, he is very fair. He completed his first car engine rebuild at age 12. Now at 79 he stays busy, something I can attest to as when I first entered his shop he was mounting a new tire on a customer’s wheel. When he noticed I had come in he asked me questions regarding my car, took my information and said he might not have it ready until the following Tuesday, however, about 23 hours later he phoned to say the car was ready. When you need an honest appraisal of what should or should not be repaired on your automobile he is the man to visit!

Hands down the best service I’ve found in the area. Marvin is communicative and honest. I brought him an old Ford pickup and he had her running well within a day. Some mechanics would’ve used this blank slate of a vehicle to rack up an astronomical bill, but Marvin did the exact opposite. He fixed what needed to be fixed and offered advice about other options. I highly recommend and I’ll be going back.
