The GrillBlazer GrillGun

When I first saw this I thought it was a bit much just for lighting the grill but can't begin to tell you what a huge difference it makes in cutting down the time to get the lump charcoal fully going and grill up to temp, not to mention its super satisfying to use.

This is an exceptionally well thought out design, not only in function but in safety. There are some cheaper options out there but they skimp on both of those features. Check youtube for some comparison videos and you can see what can happen without the safety valve.

Will also add: great customer service. The grill gun comes with a nice set of instructions and there are some great videos they've put together on proper use, but I had a particular question when I first started using it. Sent an email to their support and had an answer back almost immediately with what I was looking for. Pretty rare these days to be able to get such great service.

Overall, highly recommended, not only for a pretty slick product, but a great small company to throw your support at.

There are two things that are equally important to me when I purchase a product....quality with the product and quality customer service... and GrillBlazer excels in both! The GrillGun is the real deal! It starts my charcoal in about 30 seconds! :)

The GrillGun is easy to use but you need to read all the directions. After my first use the gun wouldn’t work properly. I sent an email expecting days to get a response....and within an hour their tech contacted me. I didn’t release the pressure on the fuel line to my 5gal tank when I finished using it. He explained what was going on and provided easy steps to rectify the problem and now my GrillGun is blasting away! :)

It’s soooo nice to see a company that still provides excellent customer service with today’s economy of companies either eliminating their customer service or sending it overseas to reps with no knowledge of the product....

You can’t go wrong purchasing a GrillBlazer product! :)

First Taylor in customer service is awesome. I debated about this purchase. It is by no means inexpensive and there are other options that are considerably cheaper. The Grill Blazers Grill torch has a “knock off valve “ which prevent liquid propane from spilling out when you tilt the torch. I have not seen a knock off valve in any of the other propane torches. To me this is a serious safety benefit. And so is the length of the torch for starting my Big Green Egg or bonfire safely. The bottom line it’s a solid tool, made in America that will last years, if you treat it right. Very happy with my purchase. 😁

I received a SuV unit that was damaged during shipping. Upon reviewing some unboxing videos I realized that the unit was damaged and promptly reached out to GrillBlazer support team via email (sent them the photo) & phone. Taylor saw the photo and explained that this cannot be fixed. They provided a return label and shipped a new replacement soon after they received the damaged unit. The new unit performed as expected. Taylor followed up to check if I was satisfied with the new unit. Awesome product and the best support team.

I had been looking at the Grill Gun for close to a year and so glad I made the purchase. True to its claim, in one minute you are done! I didn't even know what to do with the extra time at first.
