I ended up having an emergency that brought me to their parking lot (car was on fire) they helped make sure I was okay, had me come inside while I waited for the tow truck to get the vehicle, my insurance company to get back to me, and even made sure I made it home. They helped google things for me since I wasn't familiar with the area and really made a stress inducing situation very manageable.
