“The doctor, nurses, and staff are incredible. From the moment I walked in, I was helped. My husband hurt his knee and was in excruciating pain. They got him a wheel chair and wheeled him back to a bed immediately after filling out paperwork. He got some X-rays and a CT done rather quickly. The hospital also seemed rather clean. We have never been to an ER that was this efficient.”

“I destroyed my ankle on Friday evening, they had me in surgery the following Thursday. Treatment was smooth and I felt comfortable and cared for. They answered all of my many questions promptly and professionally, all while speaking in a way that I understood what was going on and felt secure. As far as the surgery, as of now. 5 hours later, I am in zero pain and was sent home to rest. The surgeon was absolutely amazing and very helpful and friendly. Will follow up with results in healing.”

“I have not had any issues except with calling during the week and they are either at lunch with no lunch hours posted or said on the phone system or they are closed for something, but you can leave a voicemail for the nurse or appointments directly not a problem. Dr. Kroeker is really good with working with my crazy schedule and my random off the wall questions. My appointments I have never waited longer than 10-15 minutes to get taken back and after the nurse does her thing Dr. Kroeger is in the room within 10 minutes or less. This is the first doctor office that I don't have to set aside 2 hours or more for an appointment that is only 20 minutes. The staff are very nice and answer any and all questions. This is 20 minutes from my house and 30 minutes from my work but I don't mind the drive for such personal experience.”

“Tina is absolutely amazing. I was lost when it came to my son's stuttering problem. In less than a year, Tina has got him in a situation where he can control it. She really gets to know the child, and family, and does her best to help the problem. My son has done great here and we are starting to move his appointments apart a little farther. Having said that, I cannot imagine a situation where I am not in communication with her. Callie at the front desk has been awesome with scheduling as well. When we started, it was a twice a week thing. There wasn't ever a time where it was dreadful to go. She has made it a fun experience. Defiantly glad we found her. If you're looking for the best, you have found it. She really cares about children and their success.”

“Last year I had the misfortune to fall and break my leg while in the Mayes County Sheriffs office . MESTA was called and arrived quickly. The EMT's were very professional, and quickly stabilized my leg, and totally eliminated my pain. The ride to St. Johns in Tulsa was a bit bumpy, but that's just our Oklahoma roads. The ER was ready for me, and I was quickly admitted. We are very fortunate to have such a great service here, with well trained personnel.”
